Challenge
While researching popular E-commerce websites and community feedback, we identified a recurring challenge—designers were struggling to find modern, scalable UI kits that balanced aesthetic appeal with user experience best practices. Many existing kits lacked consistency, mobile responsiveness, and essential components for checkout, product filtering, and navigation.
Results
The UI Kit was crafted with a focus on visual hierarchy, reusable components, and mobile responsiveness. It included key screens like Home, Product Detail, Cart, and Checkout, along with variants for buttons, filters, and badges. After publishing on Figma Community, the kit was used by over 100+ designers in their own projects, saving them hours of design time and providing a strong visual foundation.

Market Research & Problem Identification: We analyzed leading E-commerce platforms and gathered feedback from design forums. The findings pointed to inconsistent UI elements, lack of component variants, and limited mobile-first considerations in existing kits.
Component Planning: Mapped out essential UI elements across the user journey—product display, navigation, checkout, filtering, and user reviews. Focused on designing scalable components and ensuring design token usage for consistency.
Wireframing & Layout Testing: Created low-fidelity wireframes to test layout ideas across desktop and mobile views. These helped validate structural patterns and interaction logic before moving into UI design.
Visual Design & Componentization: Designed high-fidelity UI with modern styling vibrant colors, clean typography, and micro-interactions. Built responsive components in Figma with auto-layout and nested variants to maximize reusability.
Testing & Community Launch: Published the UI Kit to the Figma Community with detailed previews and usage instructions. Collected user feedback and made small updates based on usability suggestions.
Result & Impact: The kit was adopted by 100+ Figma users globally. It became a go-to resource for junior and freelance designers, helping them build e-commerce platforms more efficiently and professionally.
